No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Wolves & Fire Studio does not offer refunds on digital downloads, investigative documents, or media products. Due to the immediate access and nature of these items, all sales are considered final upon purchase.

We believe in radical clarity — which is why every product or download includes a detailed description so you know exactly what you're getting. If you have questions before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund only in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or technical failures on our end that prevent access to the product. Any such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, with proof of the issue.
